I take huge pride in every aspect of my work and consistently strive for the highest level of service to all who visit the salon. My high standards and attention to detail ensure that each dog goes home looking and smelling their absolute best.
I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pooch.

Teeth
Did you know that by the age of two, 80% of dogs will have some form of dental disease, which often ends up with your pooch needing expensive and invasive veterinary treatment.
By using ultrasound tooth cleaning as part of a regularly scheduled routine, you can help to avoid vet trips for a professional scale and polish, which can only be achieved with full anaesthesia. However, annual check-ups by your vet are still essential. Please note that most pet insurance companies have these check-ups as a condition of their policies.
Using a vibration-free ultrasound toothbrush and a specially formulated ultrasound toothpaste, ultrasound reaches deep below the gum line to kill germs and bacteria and cleans the teeth and gums to prevent the buildup of plaque and tartar. This also increases the blood flow to lessen the risk of gingivitis.

Have a question that's not covered here?
Don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm here to make your experience as delightful as possible. Because when it comes to your pets, they deserve nothing but the best care and attention.
By either sending a message via the website or calling the salon on 07470 191 588. If I am in the middle of a groom or it is out of hours, please leave a message. I endeavour to return calls asap.
If you are a regular client, bookings can be made via message.
Appointments are approximately 2 hours long; however, this is dependent on services required, the size and condition of your dog. Pick up time will be confirmed at drop off.
Yes please. Before arrival, please walk your dog to release some energy and toilet. This makes the process easier, more comfortable, and enjoyable for your dog.
No. Your dog will be always with me and free to roam around my salon & garden* once the groom is complete
(*dependent upon the weather, so they look their best for pick up).
All dogs should arrive with a collar and lead. I provide treats throughout the groom, with permission, however if you prefer you can bring your own. Treats act as a reward for good behaviour and help me to keep your dog’s interest.
Prices are set realistically depending on the breed and work to be carried out, but you may incur additional charges for removal of stubborn knots and unkempt coats. All prices will be confirmed after I have concluded a consultation with you and your dog present.
As a small business, I lose money in these instances. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which does not incur a charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at the full starting rate of the groom to be paid before another appointment is made.
Please contact me in advance to cancel appointments.
Muzzles may be used to protect myself and your dog only as a last resort and normally if required, will only be applied for a very short part of the process. If I come across any serious problems during a visit, I will of course discuss them with you so we can agree on a solution together.
Normally 6 to 8 weeks. Frequency of visits will depend on the breed and your choice of styling. This will be discussed at consultation.
